Sales Therapy Event

The Sales Therapy course is one of the most engaging training programmes offered by ASAM Academy, specifically designed for sales representatives within the organization. Sales Therapy focuses on group training and exercises related to the sales cycle, with a special emphasis on the Guest Model and neuromarketing principles. The aim of the course is to empower salespeople and bring their technical knowledge up to global standards. One of the key components of the Sales Therapy event is the participation of representatives and attendees, who share their experiences on the topics discussed for analysis, leading to the development of solutions. This helps to correct common sales mistakes and contributes to the understanding of sales and marketing paradigms.

Sometimes, when we honestly examine ourselves, we are confronted with an unpleasant truth: we don’t sell, the customers buy! In other words, customers gather all the information they need about a product or service through marketing channels and do extensive research on us and our competitors. Perhaps the only thing we have done as salespeople is to facilitate the payment process or issue an invoice – a task that even a novice could perform. As a result, we may mistakenly believe that we are successful salespeople. The crucial point is that becoming a successful salesperson requires acquiring the knowledge and art of turning a customer’s “no” into a “yes” and convincing potential customers to become actual customers with the goal of increasing the company’s revenue. Becoming an effective salesperson transforms us from an accidental sellers to a valuable assets to the organization we work for or the business we’ve started, ensuring revenue streams, business survival and growth.
