With the aim of promoting and supporting the implementation of these mechanisms, as well as enhancing the professional skills of its distribution network in the field of business management and development, ASAM Art & Business Company has been organizing unique educational, recreational and motivational bootcamps since 2019.

ASAM’s bootcamps redefine the concept of a one- to multi-day journey and adventure with the company’s sales representatives in an environment far removed from everyday work concerns. Each of the events in this programme will incorporate one or more of the following themes: recreation, motivation, education and networking. This is done not only to increase the level of intimacy and friendship between the company’s sales representatives and colleagues, but also to develop their soft and hard skills related to their business.
